Not only „old hands“ are kept fit through language courses, seminars and training courses. Particularly, BRT supports the qualification of young colleagues. In 2011, BRT Recycling Technologie GmbH has become training company. Under the wings of both trainers, authorised representative of BRT Nicole von Kiedrowski and Andre Berlage, member of the sales staff, young apprentice Inga Beckemeier from Ibbenbueren is trained as industrial sales clerk. We congratulate Roman Böse for passing his practical test and project presentation excellently. The youngest colleague from the technical and service department will soon complete his training as state certified electrical engineering technician. The results and new knowledge gained from his project work contribute to further development of the CARG-O-MAT Moving Floor Conveyor control system. A good investment for BRT and for our customers.
