Very often, the problems and demands of our customers motivate us to break the mould.

In contrast to Germany, our customers in England, Ireland and Denmark have to cope with material mixtures with high contents of waste paper, foils, plastics and PET in an efficient and economical way.

Trommel screens proved unsuitable for such tasks. Paper and foils unfold, entangle with other materials and enlarge the material volume. At the same time, the separating efficiency decreases considerably.

BRT rotor screens separate the material stream according to size and bending stiffness. A high separating and sorting quality is achieved. At the same time, the screens are good priced, longlife and maintenance friendly.

The SEP-O-MAT rotor screens don’t mind handling difficult materials. They can easily be adapted to changing input material and sorting criteria. The distance between screens, rotational speed and inclination angle can be adapted to the required sorting criteria and the material properties.
