SCHLITZ-O-MAT Bag
Opener
The SCHLITZ-O-MAT Bag Opener was developed to process plastic sacks filled with many kinds of
waste. Almost 250 machines are in use worldwide. They process non-stop waste from
packaging materials in Germany, "single stream recyclables" in North America, household waste in Lebanon, and much, much more.

* The indicated throughput rates are for mixed input
material in bulk or in bags. Approximately 50% of the material is supplied
in bags. The capacities as above are only valid when odd- and oversized
pieces (e.g. bicycle frames, carpets, mattresses, concrete blocks etc.)
are largely removed from the material stream. Such disruptive materials
influence the performance paratemers considerably and may even cause a
machine standstill.
